OUR STORY
Three generations. One recipe.
Gokul Chaat Bhandar started in 1985 as a small stall at Koti Cross Roads. Three generations later, the recipe hasn't changed. The pani puri water is mixed to the same formula — spicy, tangy, with a secret hing hit. The aloo tikki is still fried in desi ghee on a cast iron tawa. Every plate is assembled while you watch. No shortcuts, no compromises. That's why the queue has never stopped.
